Live Action Nightwing

As a Nightwing fan I get excepted when I think about possibly seeing Dick Grayson in Arrow or Man of Steel: Justice Begins. With that said there are some questions that need to be answered. What will his Origin Story be? Will he wear Classic Blue or New 52 Red? Who will play Nightwing? Okay first things first for Dick Grayson's origin story they should stick very close to the New 52 Nightwing Issue #0. In twenty-one pages it shows alot of what makes Dick who he is.

What will his Origin Story be?

The comic starts off with Dick Grayson running on and in front of moving trains meanwhile his friend flips over a crossing guard mistakingly pushing in the on coming trains path and, of course Dick save the man. This is the first four pages and it shows both Dick's playful care free nature as well as his natural sense of justice. Page five shows why the name Robin is eventually chosen. The origin story is my favorite of the New 52 Robin's and for those how haven't read it, it's $1.99 at comixology. Dick Grayson needs to became Robin at twelve years old this is a must for one important reasons HE'S A HUMAN WITHOUT ANY KIND OF POWERS. First off yes I know this makes Batman a child abuser but it makes sense with the New 52 story being as Bruce trained Dick only to keep him off the streets of Gotham. Plus in the end it was Dick who saw Bruce in damage and put on the Robin custom, which he created, in order to help him out in the field. It makes logical sense for both Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson's charaters both lost their families at a young age leaving them with a nature longing for a family. Real last thing is expence, seen the Batfamily doesn't have powers logically they need expence to copinsate and starting young is a part of it, which Bruce Wayne of all would know seen he started when he was eighteen, and became Batman five years later, meaning that his body was already set bacisally starting young will give Dick a boost espcally seen his style of fighting is "move more get hit less".

Will he wear Classic Blue or New 52 Red?

Onto Blue or Red on one hand I'd go with Red cause if this is a Batman in his late fourties and the Batfamily exist then that means at some point something happened and Dick Grayson became Batman. In other words the red would signifes Dick seeing the weight of the world as The Dark Knight. And on the other hand playing Arkham City and seeing Nightwing's costume in that blue way easier for hiding in the dark. So for realism blue all the way.

Who will play Nightwing?

Now for the actor who will play Nightwing. Personal for Man of Steel I think either Sam Claflin or Ben Barnes should play Dick, but if he debuts on Arrow instead I personally go for Steven R. McQueen. All actors are a good fit physcailly yet that could be a problem. Instead of workingout to get a six-pack the actors should work on their flexibilty seeing how Dick only wears a domino mask meaning we the people that watch the show would see if they use a stunt double but that's my opioin.

Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos Review

Story: 2/10
The story for this seemed way too sloppy for the standards for many fans and I have for the series. The story is basically a retelling of the current FMA story in another area which is easy to see as about 15 minutes and thus is a great weakness in the film. Again the writing for this is pretty sloppy cause this is a straight forward plot dressed as something complex and it really works against the film simply cause this didn't need to be a movie if the writing was better I could see it as a two OVA episodes but nothing more. Because it's so long I lost interest in the movie and started wondering when it would be over which one should never think about a film.

Animation: 2/10
The animation looks like something out of Hayao Miyazaki film which seemed like a poor fit for FMA. For a Miyazaki film it works cause that part of the films charm but for this movie it just looked cheap.

Overall Rating: Don't waste your time with it: 1.4/10
The major reason the film sucks is cause the story is back tracking so you already know that Edward and Alphonse won't get seriously hurt or die because you've seen either FMA or Brotherhood and you know what happens. Second the movie has three underdeveloped villains that are only underdeveloped because of the movies running time, on the other hand this movie also focus a little more on Ed and Alphonse detective skills which would have been more interest for a post alchemy Ed and Al. Lastly it would have worked better with the Alphonse and Julia relationship they tried in the end.

Thoughts on Life Part2

I wonder what America would be like if we didn't have The Pledge of Allegiance drilled into our heads everyday seen kindergarten. I mean I don't remember learning it at all, i remember learning shapes and numbers but never the very pledge I said everyday for over ten years. I wonder if we would look upon ourselves differently as a nation maybe instead of having a great sense of pride we'd would try understanding other nation as they are?

Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. Episode1 Review

{Story} Rick Jones, a friend of the Hulk, sets up cameras so that he can show a softer side of the Hulk to everyone that is scary of him.

{Likes}I like Seth Green's character until the end him being the comic relief and all. Also liked how the Hulk isn't a mindless monster and instead has a thought process, simple though it may being its something over the same old roaring and smashing. The introduction of Red Hulk was funny and the show in an of itself is funny by showing a newer side to Hulk and that's why I enjoy it so much.

{Dislikes}The comedy was hit and miss all the way thruogh the episode. She-Hulk wasn't introduced but that is more of a personally grip because out of everybody on the team members I haven't seen much of her in other Marvel shows so I was excited to see her role on the team, as well as her overall personality. Lastly my biggest peoblem is that Seth Green's charater Rick Jones is being turned into A-Bomb so soon. There is Hulk, She-Hulk, Red Hulk, and now Skaar so I would have like Rick to play more of the Ron Stoppable to the teams Kim Possible. 

All in all I had fun and can't wait for the next episode.

Thoughts on Life Part1

Why is calling someones a second class citizen offensive yet calling someone poor or homeless is okay? I mean classifying is okay but only if it compliments the rich or law makers and insults the rest in the most passive aggressive way possible. The only reason any of us accept this is because we have little to no power in changing it. 
Question:Why must a line be drawn in the sand and classes be made?
Answer: Cause as humans we rather horde what little power is on this earth then share because we are evil by nature.
                 Sad as it may be we just have to Laugh At Life until our dim light fades and we become nothing more then another fading memory.


 

Superman Unbound Review Spoiler

{Story} Supergirl is adjusting to life on earth yet is holding on to the past trauma of Brainiac's attack and capture of her home Argo City. With Brainiac now attacking earth will Supergirl overcome he fear of Brainiac in time to help Superman save their new home? Answer duh it's a superhero movie of course their going to win. Plot is straight forward with one of Brainiac's probes land on earth Superman goes to stop Brainiac gets captured, Brainiac reads his mind learning of earth and going there to see why a kryptonian would choose to live there, you know other then his planet being blown to shit.

{Casting}The main cast would be Matt Bomer as Superman, Stana Katic as Lois Lane, Molly C. Quinn as Supergirl, and John Noble as Brainiac. I'll start by saying that all the actresses/actors are great but the script really didn't give them anything to work with. I mean watch the first season of Red vs. Blue you get more emotional depth form the Rooster Teeth guys then from these actors. I'm not saying that the actors were bad it's just that they played one dimensional characters really well it was like watching a drama club perform at school rather then a animated movie done by pros.

{Characters}When good actors play one dimensional characters it shows the flaws of said characters really quickly because as the movie continues the character keep showing that one side to them. Superman in this is a great example because the whole movie until the last minute of the film is overbearing to the point of it be extremely unsettling. Supergirl plays the tough on the outside with a marshmallow core. Brainiac plays an otaku(nerd) no I'm serious his greatest weakness at the end of the movie is outside. The character that has something to them is Lois Lane and it's shows I mean Stana Katic carries this film, anytime I saw Lois I simply thought to myself thank God.

{Likes}I liked the face off at the beginning with Superman and the probe.

{Dislikes}At the beginning the Cops have a face off with some random group of thugs how's that weird you might ask cause at the time Lois is being held hostage. What cop shoots when someone is being held hostage, you could make the argument Superman always saves Lois but honestly would you want to be the guy that kill Lois Lane on accident or otherwise. Next problem is that the thugs wait until the cops are off the roof to blow up the roof up what fucking gentlemen right. Third problem is that it is 2013 and Superman has his FUCKING underwear on the outside why there is no reason for this the comics and even the movie didn't do this BULLSHIT! Honestly if dressing yourself is too hard don't even try saving my city give your powers to some that knows how to dress. Last is during the second to last battle both Superman and Supergirl watch as Brainiac attacks before doing anything people dieing but they're having a heart to heart so it's okay right? Answer NO FUCK THEM and get a new set of superhero I mean it ain't night but try call up Batman somehow get a real fucking hero one that only let his city go to shit because his back was broken in another zip code! The movie is everything that a movie shouldn't be boring, predictable, and cliche to the point that you try making a drink game that most likely make you past out so you never see the shitty ending to this movie.



My Rating:Man of Steel is far superior watch it instead: 1.4/10  

Green Arrow New 52 Issue #0 Review

I heard people talking about the New 52 Green Arrow and how his Batman light, I of course didn't buy into it because not that deep down I already know Oliver Queen is more warm hearted Bruce Wayne. That being said I didn't like the reimagining on Green Arrow's story because it didn't feel like Oliver Queen it felt like an Else World Bruce Wayne. The comic has nineteen year old Oliver Queen partying on a Queen Industries oil rig and because Ollie breaks protocol pirates board the ship to steal oil. Ollie alongside Tommy Merlyn goes and plays hero Ollie making a mistake causes the deaths of everybody on borad the ship except himself and Tommy only because Tommy pushes him off the rig and falls a long with Oliver. With that origin it screams Batman like it's not even trying to hide that it's copying The Dark Knight, which is sad cause while Batman and Green Arrow are very similar the minor diffences show case how different they are at the core. The Oliver Queen I wanted to see is a man betrayed by a friend and left to die on an unknown island where he learns to become a skilled archer with said story it would have shown why Green Arrow is such a left wing superhero. Showing how money and power screwed him over and coming back to a city were the diffence between the upper and low class is so great anyone can see the line that divides the rich and poor. This Emarld Archer is feels guilty and is trying to cover the sins of his past by doing the "right thing" in short this isn't a Batman light it's a Batman wannabe.
